In late 2015, a family of striped skunks established their den under our garden shed. They have been quiet, friendly neighbors. These often maligned creatures became part of our extended family.
"Heaven Scent" features over 200 photographs chosen from thousands taken well into 2018. My lifelong affinity for wild animals began when I was six-years-old. While obtaining the photographs, Sharie’s and my safety was anchored in decades of experience. This precious family of skunks brought us pure joy.
